Buying a home - for Buyers
When buying a home there are many things to consider if financing is
involved. First up how much can I afford? What is my credit
score?The first step to buying a home would be to meet with a lender and get pre-approved for a
loan. A pre-approval
letter from a reputable lender will be necessary in order to schedule a showing to view a
property for sale. Getting pre-approved
gives insight on how much a buyer can afford and how much a lender is willing to lend. Depending
on what type of
mortagage a buyer qualifies for will determine how much of a downpayment a buyer will have to
bring to closing day.
Quick Sale- for Sellers
A clean home with curb appeal will help sign the deal. Presentation,

are looking for a home that they can actually invision their family living in. In order for this
